Here's the latest on my work to get Tad's Place off the ground:

 

I've decided there's no time like the present to go full out towards getting Tad's Place Daycare open.  To that end I'm busy building the entire proposal and searching for just the right location in the Corning area.  My hope is to be able to open early in 2009.  Suffice to say if you live in the Steuben, Chemung or even Schulyer County areas you'll want to be checking back here for details regarding this exciting and first of it's kind program! 

 

What I envision at this center is the ability to accept autistic children ages 2-21 either all day or in a before and after school setting.  Of course we'll be excited to have the children full time during school breaks when we can work on more extensive therapies and projects.  By summer 2009 I will be offering a fabulous summer program akin to Autism The Musical.  For that program we'll happily accept children who might not otherwise utilize the program during the school year.  More soon!
